所有一切的方便法，就为了破这个我啊，不修行你不知道。不修行，这是我，我是男的，我是女的，我是干嘛的，我姓什么叫什么？修行才知道，就因为这个我是最大的障碍。然后你能熟练地调御这个我，所以佛陀又叫调御丈夫。
